How to prevent Aging The Smart Way

I’m not sure if any of you remember about a month or so back when Sylvester Stallone got detained at customs at an airport in australia because he was packing 15 viles of a human growth hormone (HGH) in his luggage. I also highly recommend Omega 3 supplementation. That’s most often done with fish-oil, but flax seed oil is an alternative. People have complained about the fishy taste of the fish oil capsules, but i have found that many brands are flavored, so that if there is a “burp” reflex, the taste will be palatable. Omega fatty acids inhibit inflammation, asist healthy brain function, promote cardiovascular health, and even improve calcium retention. They do much more than that, but for the growing elderly population, these are the key points that I focus on.
Not everyone feels that the best treatments for aging skin involve spending a fortune or enduring some painful recovery times.
